These Terms of Use govern your use of BarringtonLuxuryHomes.com (the “site”), which is operated by Blue Fence Real Estate, Inc. (“Blue Fence,” “we,” “us” or “our”). Use of the site

The site is provided for your personal, non-commercial use to learn about real estate in Barrington and the surrounding area and to contact Blue Fence. You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms;
• copy, scrape or collect listings, contact information or other content from the site by automated means;
• submit false information, impersonate anyone, or submit another person’s information without their permission;
• use the site’s forms to send spam or unsolicited advertising; or
• interfere with the site’s operation or security, or try to gain unauthorized access to it.

We may restrict or end access to the site for anyone who violates these terms.

Listing and market information

Property listings, prices, market statistics, school information and other information on the site come from sources we believe are reliable, but the information is not guaranteed. It may contain errors or omissions and is subject to prior sale, change or withdrawal without notice. All square footage, dimensions and lot sizes are approximate. Market statistics can vary by source and reporting period.

School boundaries, taxes, zoning and municipal information should be confirmed with the school district or government office concerned. No agency relationship

The Private Client program is offered by invitation. Submitting a request for an invitation doesn’t guarantee an invitation, and it doesn’t by itself establish representation or any agency relationship. Blue Fence decides at its discretion whether to extend an invitation. The services and marketing described on the site are examples of what may be offered. What’s actually provided depends on the property, your goals, MLS rules, the seller’s instructions and the terms of any written agreement.

Third-party websites and home search

The site links to websites operated by others, including LuxuryHom.com, AstonishingHomes.com and other real estate sites. The Home Search links open Blue Fence’s property search on bluefence.com, which runs on a third-party real estate platform and has its own terms and privacy policy. We don’t control third-party websites and aren’t responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of those sites is governed by their own terms and policies.

Intellectual property

The content of the site, including its text, graphics, design and the selection and arrangement of material, is copyright Blue Fence Real Estate, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. Blue Fence and the Blue Fence logo are registered trademarks of Blue Fence Real Estate, Inc. in the U.S. and other countries. Other names and logos on the site belong to their respective owners.

You may view and print pages from the site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise copy, modify, distribute, republish or create derivative works from the site’s content without our prior written permission.
